“Ashly is one of my oldest and realest friends. I have watched her grow from a crazy 18 year old, to a beautiful bride and now a mother of two. Whenever I am having a rough ‘mom day’ – Ashly always gets it. Her and I always joke that we should start a blog about the chaos of motherhood that nobody wants to talk about. For her family photos I wanted capture the subtlety of parenthood. The little stolen kisses between mom and dad when the kids aren’t looking, the kids playing in the dirt and running barefoot through a field and of course the intense amount of love that we all have for our littles. These are modern family portraits of an incredibly modern and hip family.”
