The Story:

“Last week I boarded a vessel with Jenny-Lyn, Jesse, Sloane and Knox. It was a gorgeously overcast day. A few dolphins accompanied us, as we set sail from the Stan Blume boat ramp, to an island unknown. Upon arrival, this gorgeous Florida family got right to what they had come here to do… love each other. I was lucky enough to spend the evening with them as a witness to how much they care for each other and just how sweet life with toddlers can be. It is such a pleasure to be able to share their happiness and provide them with a record of how beautiful their family is. Thank you so much Jesse and Jenny-Lyn! I look forward to our next island adventure.”

Artist Biography: Twyla Jones, of Twyla Jones Photography, recently moved to Florida from Kansas with her fiancé Gary and two little boys Oscar and Ari. Twyla has a degree in Human Biology and worked in a pathology lab before discovering photography. After her children were born she decided she was ready to take control and learn to make images look the way she was feeling them. Twyla is obsessed with beautiful light and looks for magic everywhere. Twyla is a pretty private person but photography has given her a better way to communicate the things she cannot find the words to say. When Twyla is not making photographs she is busy educating other photographers at workshops and through one on one mentoring. In her downtime Twyla enjoys spending time with her family at the ocean discovering all the beauty Florida has to offer.
