“Every summer I offer breastfeeding and baby wearing mini sessions. And every year they are always a personal favorite of mine because they signify everything that I have built my passion for photography around – Motherhood, Connection, Love. I always walk away from the day with a full heart and a sense of community. Each mother that comes with her nursling(s) is always happy to share in their experience of motherhood. And while I photograph them, we talk about the late nights, the struggles, the joys. Often I get moms who are attending to celebrate the last moments of their breastfeeding journey, or some with fresh babies still trying to get the hang of things. I am so happy to give them images to celebrate such a short but wonderful time in their lives, and I am honored they chose me to capture it.”
