Rachel Leigh Photography
I decided to do this shoot because quite frankly, I was beginning to get into a photography rut. I desperately needed to get my creative wheels turning again, and I quickly found inspiration when my mom bought me a 1970s sewing machine for my birthday. I had dreams of this shoot. I knew I wanted to somehow incorporate a clothesline. The day of the shoot my husband built the clothesline for me. To be honest, I postponed this shoot three times. I kept telling myself that I didn’t have time to do a shoot for me, and that I had too many shoots coming up to worry with it. I’m so glad I did because it turned out more perfectly than I could have ever imagined.
