Rustic Field Maternity Session’s Story from Rachael:

“For Meg and Ben’s non-traditional maternity session last summer, we decided to forgo the staged belly photos with lace gowns and baby booties and do something a little more natural. We stumbled upon acres of totally empty farmland, just outside of Chicago, and inspiration was born. The land had once been home to horses, but now stood vacant. However, it made the perfect backdrop to capture this beautiful moment in the couple’s lives as they awaited the birth of their first child. Rustic, romantic, and just a little bit hipster – this shoot continues to inspire me a year later, and I just can’t stop returning to it.”
