With January’s edition being released soon, you will see some differences being made. I wanted to take the time to explain why these changes have come. When I started my search for a printer, with this publication, I looked around at lots of online companies. I made my choice to go with Blurb after researching them and feeling they were a great fit for the quality and service I was looking for. With the two editions that had been released I was finding myself not happy with the inconsistency of the print quality. I did some research, reached out to some artist who had purchased the magazine, as well as some concerns that were personally brought to me, and decided to pull out from their company asap. I value your art as much as you do and I do my own and I would rather only have a digital publication till I find a new printer than misrepresent your images. I deeply apologize for this issue. I know how frustrating this issue must have been for you, as it was just as frustrating for me. I know most people had already spoke on the fact of going with MagCloud. They are both owned by the same business and I as of right now, want to move completely away from them. As well as, I wanted to keep your magazine at a decent cost. If I had went to MagCloud, with my page quantity, I would have had to charge over $40+ shipping and that is too much. I have been in touch with Blurb and they do have great customer service and I am hoping to find some sort of resolution. I will be offering this edition, plus any other editions that get missed in print, once I find a printer. They will be posted as a pre-sale of sort, so be sure to follow the blog on Facebook and sign up for the newsletter. I am getting close to finding a printer to use but the change over is going to be big. I have the hopes of keeping this publication monthly which will mean I will have a few months of intense deadlines to get things out. I want to say thank you for always being patient and understanding with your concerns. I also want to express, if you ever have an issue with any product my business sells, please reach out personally. It is only through your feedback that I can improve my business. I want to offer a thank you, and show of good faith with the printing issues, by offering anyone who purchased the print magazine from the November OR the December editions my Client Software (a $80 value). If you are wanting this offer please email me with your order confirmation to email@example.com This software is ran through Excel and is extremely valuable come tax time! I am excited for 2015 and what the magazine will be able to offer. And again thank you for taking this journey with me!
