We have been secretly waiting for Valentine’s Day just to be able to do a pink inspired beauty segment. Just in case you got left empty handed on this Valentine’s Day and want to be your own Valentine, we have some of our favorites here!
Of course we had to include one of the BTW publications! This was December and is still on sale now! The necklace shown here is an Origami Owl necklace. I absolutely love it! I got my necklace around a couple years ago now and still get TONS of compliments on it! I actually have two and this one is all about my passions and myself. The perfume is a bottle that I got for Christmas and have adorn since, Viva La Juicy. The bracelet sitting on top is one from Lauren Conrad’s Kohl’s collection. I snagged this beauty for $4 dollars after Christmas sales and with Kohl’s cash. I almost didn’t get it and I am super happy I did. Goes perfect with a lot of my outfits. Next over is Joy. It comes in the main Young Living kit and definitely is a feel good oil! Place a little of the heart and you will be set! The Butter Lippy lip glosses were reviewed in the November publication! I love the different colors that come in the set and there is definitely a variety of looks you can achieve. They are SUPER thick so do keep that in mind when purchasing but I do feel like the color stays well. The brush and blush came from my Ipsy subscription this month. I LITERALLY just got them but I am already really loving them both! The brush is so soft and a great angle. The blush I know will be perfect for the summer, as it has a bronze/peach glow to it. I will be back with more reviews on those! To the left of those are the EOS lip balms. Jen, from The Makeup Boutique, added these to her list of products to help winterize your lips! I absolutely adore all my EOS balms and even more so this one, as it is from a tropical/specialty set! Last, but not least, my Julep polish! I had heard so many raves on this polish and was constantly seeing Facebook post promoting their page. For some reason I never felt the urge to want to try it and I think it was the price point honestly. When we were in Myrtle Beach last summer, we were in Marshall’s. I automatically stalk every clearance section, and found a ton of the Julep polishes for $4.99. I decided for that price I would try just one. BAD decision! I should have got at least 5! It is hands down, my favorite polish! It finishes with a gloss look, so no need for a top coat. It last forever and even takes the hard abuse from being a mom and wife! I will definitely be on the look out for more!
